April Examination : A candidate who is 14 years on or before 31st July of the year is eligible to take admission to the Secondary School Certificate Examination. There is no upper age limit for admission. October Examination : A candidate who is 14 years on or before 31st January of the year is eligible to take admission to the Secondary School Certificate Examination. There is no upper age limit for admission. Medium : A candidate can opt for ENGLISH/HINDI and ten other languages as the medium of instruction, but coaching is provided at our institute in ENGLISH MEDIUM only. Subjects : A candidate should select minimum of FIVE subjects including ONE language, or maximum TWO languages, which is compulsory and maximum of SEVEN subjects out of the following. DOCUMENT AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS : Attested copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Authority or District Office of the Registrar of Birth and Deaths for all born on or after 26.01.1989 OR Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate showing applicant’s date of birth, issued by the last school attended by the applicant. In case of Govt. schools the transfer certificate/school leaving certificate should be signed by principal while in the case of Private school it should also be countersigned by the competent education authority of State/District Education Officer. Four recent passport size(3 cm X 2 cm) photographs with name and date of birth. Copy of Aadhar card. PASSING & CERTIFICATION CRITERIA : A minimum of 33% marks in the aggregate (theory+practical’s where applicable) in the public examination. Pass in FIVE subjects including at least ONE but not more than TWO languages will be required for certification.
